How do I reset my password?
Go to the sign-in page and tap "Forgot password?" Enter your email to receive a reset link.
Can I use JT Docly offline?
Yes. Scanning and viewing work offline. Changes sync when you're back online.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in to your web dashboard, go to Billing, and cancel your subscription. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
How do I export my data?
Contact support@jtdocly.online to request a full data export. We respond within 48 hours.
