Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to premium features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact us at hello@jtdocly.online with your order details.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not substantially used premium processing features.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@jtdocly.online with your account email and reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for subscriptions renewed after the initial 14-day period, or for accounts terminated due to terms of service violations.
